What Trans Stories have yet to be told?

On June 23, 2023... Seattle held its tenth annual Trans Pride Celebration at the Volunteer Park Amphitheater! The day affirmed the visibility, connection, love, meaning, and triumph of Trans lives.

Hinton Publishing was honored to table at the event and captured stories of the Trans community that are all too often disregarded. To collect these narratives, we set up a board that asked attendees, "What Trans Stories Have Yet to Be Told?"

The response was overwhelming, with attendees using post-it notes to share stories that ranged from tales inducing gut-busting laughter to accounts evoking utter heartbreak. But all the stories held a common theme, a spectacular showcase of splendid and unrepentant authenticity.
