Sometimes as writers we find ourselves blocked. And when you’re blocked the last thing you want to do is figure out what key words to need to use to find inspiration so I gathered a few places to look, that you can save and have ready for the next time words won’t come to you.

Writing prompts that don’t suck is another Tumblr that has 759 writing prompts you can scroll through

The writing prompts subreddit is still quite active and you can scroll through years of ideas to shake you out of the worst blockage.

Bernadette Mayer’s Writing Experiments has truly awful and out of date web design, but if you can get past that it’s filled with engaging prompts and exercise. You could print then out, cut them up and put them in a jar to go analog.
